I recommend doing one task a day

Before starting any project, I carve out time for what I call “project prep work.” It’s a mini planning sprint that usually takes just a few hours spread out over a few days, and it helps me get ahead on all the little things that need to be done before a project officially begins. would actually take, set up the tools I knew I’d need, and removed as many small obstacles as I could before day one.
